AIMS introduced a new SOS service, in order to support its customers 7 days a week. This service has been launched as of March 23rd, 2009 and it is ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE service  to customers who have already subscribed to a Full Protection Plan agreement.

N.B. Full protection plan is an agreement that provides Aims customers with a maximum of coverage in order to maximize the usage and benefits of using Socrate.
