
RODRIGUE ZABLITH
CEO
After completing his Engineering studies in 1979 at the École supérieure d'ingénieurs en électronique et électrotechnique de Paris (ESIEE), Mr. Zablith went on to earn his Master’s degree alongside a DEA (Diplôme d'études approfondies) in Electronics and Automation from Jussieu - Paris V University. His career in Lebanon kicked off in 1979 across various industries where he was in charge of implementing Management Information Systems. In 1987, he founded AIMS SAL, with an ultimate aim of supplying and implementing software solutions for small and medium sized companies. Socrate Software, the first ready-made software solution fully developed in Lebanon by AIMS SAL, was born four years later. Today, Socrate is implemented in over 20 countries, supplying a wide range of companies with full-fledged ERP solutions.

THIERRY ZABLITH
Business Development
Dexterous and result-driven, Thierry Zablith earned his MBA from top French school ESSEC and has built his career around the development and implementation of IT solutions covering capital markets and ERP ever since. Over the years, he was exposed to different types of operations, from business process re-engineering projects to cost and timely focused agile projects. With a large portfolio of clients blending front/middle office users and big industrial actors, Thierry acquired extensive experience in leading teams and managing projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner. He joined AIMS in 2014 and he has been heavily involved in business development for Socrate ERP with a stronger focus on West Africa and the Gulf region. An avid traveler and sailing enthusiast, he enjoys working within a team and considers work to be driven by passion and dreams.

HABIB NAHAS
Business Development
With several positions on his plate, Habib Nahas is difficult to confine into a single classification. Shifting roles among Business Development & Sales, Project Coordination, HR and Administration among others within the company he cherishes the most for the past 12 years, he enjoys being a team player and collaborating with other key players in his company. AIMS has provided him with the adequate environment to sharpen his skills in various areas (ERP, Project Management, HR, QA, Sales, Business Development and Management) and offered him a wide database of customers with whom he had the opportunity to gain more experience in maintaining both professional and human relationships. Loyal, seasoned and polyvalent, he has found in AIMS the place where he can be true with himself, his values and his beliefs.

ELIANE HARFOUCHE
Business Analysis Manager
Eliane Harfouche joined AIMS in 2003 and is currently occupying the Business Analyst Manager position. Her main responsibility is to help businesses implement effective technology solutions in a cost-effective way, by determining the requirements of each specific project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. She also follows up on all project stages, from inception to completion, and makes sure that project has been delivered as per client’s requirements. Responsible for the implementation and after-sales departments for many years, she was in charge of the implementation of several projects in the MENA region, across which she strived to improve the quality of services provided to AIMS’ clients. Customer retention and satisfaction witnessed substantial improvement under her management. Harfouche is also experienced in a panoply of fields including production, planning, fashion and teaching.

NAJATE ATALLAH
Product Manager
Having joined AIMS in 1997, Najate Atallah has accumulated over 20 years of experience in programming. In 2002, she became Product Manager of Socrate ERP and is currently involved in a variety of programming assignments requiring extensive knowledge of established programming languages, coding, testing and troubleshooting programs. As part of her responsibilities, she closely assists developers in their daily tasks, transfers required knowledge to her team and maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed. Atallah enjoys working with her team, supervised by the Managing director, and ensures that the dispatch of a quality product is valuable, usable and validated in each stand-up and weekly meeting.
